All of SysMicro customers benefit from around the clock support via our 24/7 Helpdesk. State of the art monitoring and a speedy, reactive approach ensure that most problems will already be recognised and in the process of rectifying, when you call.

The helpdesk facility acts as an initial point of contact through which issues can be reported, service requests made and technical strategies advanced. It gives you direct access to the SysMicro Network Operations Centre (NOC), where our technical consultancy team are waiting to give expert 2nd and 3rd tier support.

With dedicated links to your in-house hosted environment (N3 in the case of NHS clients), the SysMicro helpdesk staff can view the network status at all times, leading to a speedy resolution and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
