director profiles
Sandip S Channa
Sandip has over 14 years experience in the field of IT. Following his graduation from University he worked for the NHS before moving into consultancy, specialising in Enterprise Storage and Virtualisation.
A spell in the technically proficient role of Solutions Architect followed before grasping the bull by the horns and co-founding his own IT company, SysMicro. Since the formation in 2006, Sandip and Max have built an impressive client base and have provided integrated IT solutions for customers as diverse as the NHS and Pizza Hut.
He puts the trend-bucking success of SysMicro down to "remaining focused on our customers with an attitude that ensures we push for that extra mile and surpass customer expectations in the services we provide."
Sandip remains equally as active outside of the office; sponsoring local sporting events and raising two energetic daughters.
Max Smith
Max had worked for a number of IT service provider’s over the last two decades developing strong and trusted relationships with his customers and all the key technology vendors before co-founding SysMicro.
Max’s role is to forecast the future needs of SysMicro clients in addition to managing the on-going business of SysMicro. Having strong personal links with his clients affords Max a depth of understanding of their needs that not many directors can boast.
Max says “Mine and Sandip’s vision for SysMicro was to build an organisation that was completely free thinking when approaching our client’s objectives, to create services and solutions that make a real difference to our clients business. In order to do this we only employ exceptionally talented people who share the same ethos and passion as us, this approach has been the corner stone of our success”.
We urge all organisations who are considering engaging with us to simply pick up the phone and speak to our customers and hear what they have to say about SysMicro and with our track record of 100% year on year growth since 2006 we think it is fair to say our clients do our talking for us.
Outside of work Max is an unpaid taxi driver for his two teenage sons and an avid boxing, rugby and football fan.
