Support is provided in a number of ways including 24 x 7 telephone helpdesk, on-site visits, and remote access. This can be either on an ad’hoc or scheduled basis and may include Service Level Agreements to provide a guaranteed response time and contractual service features.

SysMicro in conjunction with HP are able to provide flexible and tailored Hardware and Software maintenance support contracts for all of the HP enterprise product portfolio. The support contracts are delivered directly by HP engineers guaranteeing a reliable and cost effective service

This HP service provides high-quality remote assistance and onsite support for your HP, Compaq and Digital branded hardware and other eligible third-party hardware products, helping you to increase equipment uptime and productivity.


With HP Hardware Maintenance Onsite Service, technical problems with your covered hardware will be resolved in a timely and professional manner so you can rely on your hardware to be operational again quickly. You have the flexibility to select optional service features and choose from several response time and coverage window alternatives to meet your specific service needs.

We are able to offer 1 to 5 year contracts with a comprehensive selection of Service Level Agreements.
